i just logged in and saw 80% off all houses are from single persones. why you use it? do you rly need it? do you realy use it often? or you jsut buyd it to have it? i see mostly empty houses everwhere. idk why you guys buy a M or L house only to own it. you dont even use it often. you dont need to use it. you dont even go into it often. so why you dont make space for FC's? i mean. they want house for their company. fc craft etc. and you buy it bcs you was faster. well. Square should only FC master allow go own a house for their fc. apartmens for single player.

well done to everyone wasted the chance for FC to get a house and have a place to be together. you cant even use the FC craft. you can only use it when you own a house.

I like to go to my house and listen to music repair my gear etc, instead of going to lomisa getting spammed by bots.

I own a medium sized plot in Lavender Beds that I am very much in love with (Plot 30, on top of the hill, perfect vew over most of LB), my ground floor is this stately sitting room with the Manor Harp and Harpischord, I like sitting in front of it and playing (and come 4.15 I'll probably stand next to it and Perform), the top floor has my tea room, bedroom, study and bathroom, with the basement as a sort of kitchen and adventurer's guild. I've spent literal months decorating, crafting, trashing, recafting, planting, and redecorating. Most of the time I'm afk or waiting for duties I'm in the house sending retainers on ventures, growing flowers, talking with one of my neighbors (guy hasn't logged in a while, tho :C) or a friend in my tea room and such... or just doing parkour trying to get to my little roof above the door lol Plus, I have my retainer selling my stuff in her nice little awning in front of a desk, I like how that turned out lol

Now, I AM a high enough rank in my FC that I could redecorate our mansion in Mist but that's FC space, I've made some food and planted some flowers for it (made a nice little spread in the common area) but it's not MY space, it's the FC's and serves as a sort of trophy room/gathering area.

Yet I still wanted to upgrade to a mansion in Shirogane for the extra space, I like the Japanese theme a bit better, and it just has some of the best parts of LB (forest-y, nice little hills) with hot springs lol If SE can give me a 3 floor loft apartment with a balcony where I can put my Sephi tree, Oriental Deck, Gardening plots, and possibly another sitting area, and I might consider it.

Yes, we do. Me and my wife both own houses we enjoy decorating, and decorating is half the fun! I'm looking forward to decorating our newly aqquired Medium plot.

My house is directly in front of a market board and summoning bell, it's ultra convenient. My gf and I live together IRL and in game, which is also pretty neat. It's also nice to just go chill, listen to music, have friends come over, etc. I have a small plot, I would never get anything larger than that, but houses are a feature of the game meant to be taken advantage of, soooo.

Because if they haven't, people would be constantly demanding they allowed that. And for the matter, FCs don't "NEED" big houses either, you can run an airship and use a stable and a garden just fine on a small, my fc does exactly that.

If someone wants to do cross planting without risk of other players disrupting it or to even be allowed to cross plant at all...well a personal house is the way to go. Not all fc's permit full use of the garden.

I agree it's a waste for the bigger houses to be for only a max of four people, but it's not like apartments give the same gardening options. Not even close. Nevermind the decorating options too.

Really what SE should do is have the amount of tenants proportionate to the size of the house. It's silly that a cottage and a mansion have the same amount of tenancy slots.

I want a personal stable for my Chocobo.
I want a place to logout... not logout at some random aetherite like a homeless adventurer...

That's a good question, since houses do absolutely nothing in comparison to other games, why would you need a house more than the single person? Because you have 3 friends that like to visit you? Because you have a 10 man FC that absolutely needs a house, maybe even right in the middle of the ward, so they can look popular? Questions over questions, but I don't think that anybody reserves the rights on houses more then the next person. Single/FC/multiple throughout alt accounts/characters/apartments etc, all the same and whoever makes it there first that day, you win, congratulations. Enjoy that house.

Also, remember there are FCs with a single person plus alts. The current system is bad as it is for individuals and FCs.
