Alliance raid roulette should reset weekly not daily

Daily is likely better, meaning it (hopefully) won't die out as the week progresses til reset, and queue will actually pop decently well during the entire week.

I'm more confused by the choice of reward for the AiN. Two mhachi matter, really? We can go grind out leveling roulettes for grade 6 materia, but we get grade 5 for doing 24 man content. Seems.... like an unequal reward on that front. But ultimately a minor complaint in the face of actually being able to do the 24 man content again.
