Can we as paying customers agree the lack of Housing is simply unacceptable to SE?

Over all the only people complaining are those who don't have houses because the game feel unfair.

Nope your wrong I have FC house and personal and still think it's unfair on people who cant get a house. Also when there is people that own 16 houses per character then the system is broken.

An those people took the time and took advantage of the situation most likely RTM traders which we all know ruin the game for everyone. That is human nature and SE only makes the product. If paying customers miss use it and affect other members, as long as they aren't violating the terms of use, per say, or SE can't prove it then it's fair game. In court evidence is all that matters so they have to protect themselves. If a person owns 16 houses it doesn't matter, if they followed the proper protocol. Can you find anything on the terms of use that contradicts those actions or gives the impression of a breech of agreement? Or anyone in here for that matter? If not then your complain is invalid.

I'm guessing by the way you defending the sytem you are one of these that has multiple houses on your account. You can't say first come first served on a game that has been running for multiple years. Otherwise all that happens is the game loses subs.

Obv SE didn't think people would be as greedy to own multiple houses and I'm sure one day it will be rectified.

Nope I was one of the nice ones that plays one main account, has one alternate character on same server ( and uses my main FC house with full access ), and actually to help the community sold my personal one. I now only focus on my FC one. So yes there are some players who feel bad for the community and I decided to give up a plot to less fortunate friend who showed me that they were dedicated to the game and deserved one. Besides logging in to different characters and maintaining multiple houses is just a waste of time. So before you judge feel free to ask a persons personal housing situation. No to be rude, I stand with the side of logic not emotions. Our perspective may not agree, yet I'm still waiting for a logical response that doesn't evolve emotions or blaming others. Everyone has made very interesting arguments yet they all lack a very crucial valid point which I'm surprised no one has come across it and I have mentioned several times.

By the way if you own a FC one and a Personal one aren't you also adding to the problem? Technically you have full access to remodel as you like and if anything easier being people can help you. So Show us that you can be a compassionate player and give up your personal one. I'm sure your willing to help out the community as well, I know sell it to someone here in your same server. I'm sure it will be greatly appreciated and karma will help you ten fold. ^^. It wouldn't be fair being you also paid a subscription and are entitled to an FC and personal one. lol. I don't decorate the FC house it was purchased by everyone in the FC, so it's only right that they have the right to decorate it. This will be the same when we purchase a mansion. We saved up for the mansion as an FC it will be decorated by the FC. As for my personal house I will decorate it how I please.

Agree completely. And if I can ever meet Yoshida I am going to tell him right in his face that limited housing is bullshit. Not that I'll ever get to meet him.

How is it even remotely reasonable in a subscription based game to lock a significant segment of the content behind "first come first serve"? Imagine if Ultimate Bahamut is only accessible by the first 3000 of the level 70 players who log in to a server after the maintenance. And every few patches or so, another 1000 players will be allowed to access it.

Hey, they logged in first, they deserve it, right?

It's a ridiculous situation and I hope someone can slap some sense into the person responsible for this design.

It's just a simple solution. As for my friend, if you must know, he helped people in need, helped out the LS, and wasn't one of those moronic people that start an FC or LS with empty promises that only helps when he feels like it or he has to gain anything from it. I choose not to join FC's for that reason so I'm more of an LS member for them. If they need my airships or gardening I help them out. I help players who would like to have a temp home or need facilities to enjoy the game. Rank 8 , Mansion, build from the ground up with out and not having to bother people. Even airships with the four people needed I paid my dues by shouts and offering rewards for assistance. I'm not being full of my self, I know hard work pays off. So people who feel they should get something just because they pay a subscription sad. You do realize I'm comparing to a one man FC. An FC that everyone purchased is great an all and perhaps your FC is unique and gets along. If they get along that is great, from my personal experience and not getting a home until later on the game, FC's are not as friendly specially in Legacy servers. So everyone experience can vary. I personally gave my personal one being I'm a one man FC and decorations can be somewhat limited in rooms inside of an FC. I get that the point, everyone has had their experience and blaming a company for for an expectation just based on a fee that is more for access to a game, notes; experiences may vary, and most of the problems are caused by other players such as multiple plots are just petty things. Yes feedback can help, yet suppose SE does limit the plots to one plot per account. What new problems will arise?

There will no pleasing people. This is the nature of business...yes companies change their products based on feed back and in a perfect world a company wouldn't care about making a profit just pleasing their whole customers. What people don't understand is that this is what keeps competition constant. Now if SE were to offer an optional service for housing as an optional service would people pay for it? Have a special server just for paying customer and with in 7 days if payment fails or isn't updated auto demolish? There are several possibilities and to be honest if an idea like this came about what are they going to complain about next?

So in a way it's also a matter of competition. If people want to decorate or make pretty things play something else like the Sims. IF you want to do it in this game many have to bite the bullet and patiently wait for new areas, or be creative.

I sympathize with everyone who does not have a house but everyone does have some type of option.
