You also used the first amendment as the basis for your statement which is factually incorrect. The first amendment states the government can't stop you from saying something it doesn't like, it says nothing about what an individual is or is not allowed to do. The Bill of Rights is there to limit the government, its not there to limit or grant powers to the people.

But you are right in that you can tell someone what to do or what to say. That person, and everyone else that hears you, is also free to not listen or say that you're being rude. Just because you're free to say what you want does not mean you're free from the consequences of saying what you want.
