Bought a digital game card, received a PayPal confirmation mail but nothing from shopto.net. No mail. No orders. No code.

I didn't get anything in the mail other than the PayPal confirmation as well but it showed immediately on my ShopTo account.
if you go to your account then orders you should see something like this, else you have problems, but yh I'm asumming they give the codes out in waves or manually process each and with so many of these orders going out maybe might have to wait a couple of hours, or wait till working hours so like 9am
EDIT: If you have a problem with the order not showing up, you might have to go and ask for support with the order. Would be best to copy your Paypal Transaction ID (2nd line from top, under time and date it was ordered) in case they ask for it in order to track that you've paid for it and the system didn't log it into your account.
EDIT 2: Mine went from processing to completed took about 10-20minutes but I finally have my mount,lnc spear and attire. and 60day card too ofc
EDIT 3: Just to mention, when the order shows up as COMPLETED, click the order itself and you'll get two codes: The DLC and the Game time card: The DLC one (which looks like XXXXXX-###-XXXXXX-###) you want to put into
https://redeem.finalfantasyxiv.com/ which in turn, returns you 3 codes to put into mogstation (mount code, attire code and spear+50aetherytre tickets code).
Also helped a friend get through this too, took the order to become completed in about 5 minutes for them, so check occasionally with the order page (https://www.shopto.net/account/orders if you are logged on already). Hope this helps!

Same for me, and for others I noticed on Reddit. Either there is bug on ShopTo or they have lag on their transactions. I'm gonna give it some hours and check again later if progress has been made.
EDIT: After a while the money was added to my ShopTo balance. The digital timecard order itself seems to have been lost to the void. I just used the balance to purchase it again and I got it all now.

After some hours the money from the original "none to be found" order was automatically added to my ShopTo balance. Original order seems to have gone *poof*. I just used the money in the balance to purchase it again and got all codes by now.
Note: Nothing was showing in the Order section of my account for the initial purchase. Nothing was in the balance either. Payement on Paypal was in "Pending" state for hours.
