    I'm frustrated that I'm not able to participate in this campaign, as my options would be:

    - Ship a physical PC game (these are still printed?) to Finland from UK, pay the taxes and everything.
    - Buy a 60 day game card (if they were in stock and IF they worked on FF14 accounts where the game was purchased from Steam). I'm already running a 180 day billing cycle on my account, though, so this is a silly choice regardless.

    I don't have a PS4 or an Xbox One. All the interesting S-E titles in ShopTo store are console-only.

    Next time you do a campaign, please do consider that Europe does not only consist of the United Kingdom and not only console gamers play Final Fantasy XIV. A good idea would be to partner with a store that sells digital PC releases..

    Buying the game from steam doesn't matter since it's not steam you pay the subscription fee to, it's SE. I renew my sub through the mog station, despite being a steam user, so that's a non-issue.

    A friend did a back order and want to get another code. Can someone confirm if we can get 2 codes if we do 2 purchases in different times? They are for different SE accounts.

    90% of things in the promotion are out of stock and won't be fulfilled within the promotion campaign.
    Ended up having to buy something I don't want to get these items (that have been available to others for a LONG time)

    Only to have the company charge me and have no orders listed.

    All this has done/is doing is giving ShopTo, Square Enix and FFXIV bad press and a sour taste in the mouth of the players.

    Please Square, stop doing these stupid promotions with obscure companies.
    You have your own platform for releasing game content.

    Release it on Mogstation and I'll buy it, if you HAVE to get more publicity, just use Amazon like any other sane company.
    You will reach more people about your game and you won't have the press backlash of a terrible website, doing a terrible job to, well, do their job.

    This is not a very good way for your players to be treated.

    I had this happen to me as well, what I did noticed just before I went to sleep yesterday is that my account on their page now has a balance equal to what I "bought" for. Currently waiting for their support to open up though to have it verified, and possibly just have them put my money back,as I am not sure these items are worth it
