It blocks all voices though, I just want this combat sound blocked, it is the only thing that ruins things.

It is not even a combat sound voice, all it is some wind rushing sound, at first, and for a while, it was driving me nuts because I thought it was a game manichic indicator and was confused what to do.

I have a high pitched voice (irl). Doesn't mean I want to listen to something that sounds just like me screeching at bugs repeatedly while I'm trying to play a game, no matter how much I like myself.

I'm sure people not gonna discriminate against people based on their voices in-game or out. You can love someone and critique their choices.

It's a horrible cheap voice, I couldn't understand the users that actually like something so annoying and ridiculous as this (voice #5), I think SE just wanted to have a "princess" type of voice or whatever it sound to you!...

Voice #6 sounds like a Lalafell to me, there's nothing wrong with it, it's just funny!...

I'd love it if SE would add more voices to the characters, they are not very expressive right now, but I suppose that is something not meant to be changed during the life of this game, I hope they do in the next FF Online though!...

For me it's that one roe battle voice that goes "RRRAAUUH" or "NNNNYUCK" with a sort of old man voice. No clue which option it is but when I hear it, I cringe very very hard.

I think it's shared with one of the male Highlander voices, or similar to it. I have a Highlander buddy and the first time I heard that high-pitched cry, I looked around to double check if we had a lala in the party but then realized with horror the sound came from my big Highlander buddy. This ruined a solid chunk of his reputation for me.

If I could stand playing Female Miqo, I would roll with this voice just because I know it bothers people like the OP. I think the voice is hilarious, it sounds like a personal problem if you want it deleted.

It is a personal problem, but that doesn't change the point.

Main reason I feel bad for the people with that voice is that we still have no way to preview combat voices, the character creation screen only lets you listen to 5 emotes, so people might like that voice with the emotes, but then end up getting this horrible combat voice they didn't ask for, and can't change it without having to pay.

Our character creation screen lacks more than free to play games, it's about time they updated it with more face options, preview of every emote and combat voice, and give us a way to preview gear before using a fantasia, maybe an 1 hour "preview mode" where you can walk around as the new race with your usual glamour before confirming the change.
