Doesn't concern premades (only when you queue without full party). The issue with class stacking is of course gaining LB slower, if you need it for specific part or something.

This is true for pulls in dungeons, but not bosses unless adds have spawned. It also keeps things safer for very large pulls (pushing limits) as the pull's size must be reduced before tank CDs wear off.

I might not be reading your comment correctly, but I would suggest that the healer DPS is plenty impactful on bosses even though healer AoE really shines on trash. Expert dungeon bosses require so little healing that an experienced healer should be able to maintain high DPS uptime, and naturally faster boss kill = even less healing. Can even skip mechanics.

Mathematically, it's true for everything.
Consider a boss that deals 1 DPS (Damage Per Second).
If he survives 10 seconds, that means he will do 10 damage total. If he survives only 8, he only deals 8 damage total. If he dies instantly, he can't do any damage at all. The longer he survives, the more damage he does and thus, the more healing will be required to undo the damage caused. And the more damage you do, the shorter the boss survives. I've purposely picked some easy numbers for the example here - the principle doesn't change just because there are a few more zeroes at the end.

Watching the live letter and they are showing squadrons running a dungeon. The healer is DPSing until the tank's HP reaches a set threshold. The AI healer is DPSing. There are no excuses now.

This is gonna be good
To be fair, NPCs (or AI) in many solo duties throughout the game have been able to DPS and throw out heals to the hero or other nearby characters so seeing squadrons do this is actually nothing new, probably utilizes the same system. Also the squadron is not manually controlled so it's barely a fair comparison. Not that I'm saying healers should never try to DPS, but it's barely a sound arguement.

Waiting for a post about how we should consider the AI heal bots' feelings too.![]()
