    A better solution is for the devs to make 50/60 appealing. Honestly, I dislike them more due to how many jobs suffer now when synced down in level. Astro, Dark Knight, Dragoon and Scholar are awful at 50, for instance. Now if I could farm craft/gather clusters, I wouldn't mind, but otherwise I don't want to touch 50/60 more than once a day.

    I don't think the lack of incentives is the only reason, the loss of abilities due to level sync also strips away any kind of desire to be there. It has been suggested in other topics to allow watered down versions of 50+/60+ abilities in synced content, and perhaps that could be looked into.

    I am actually surprised that clusters are not offered as rewards already.

    Rather than hamfisting a way of getting abilities early for over-levelled people, the easiest solution is just to change the scaling of when you get the abilities in the first place. Lower levels are now really sparse in terms of abilities, and conversely there are abilities that you gain at 70 for some jobs that are so essential to it that when synced down the job seems like a shadow of what it should be.
