All I can say is
Such crucial changes and you idiots all want them to rush...dumbfounded.
They really need to hire another translator for this. It's not a big deal if the patches come in time but the translators are clearly overworked.
It's a month late..."we will work on it for a week longer"....*Monday the week after that* "we are doing the finishing touches"....*Friday* "here it is- part 1 that is!"

I'm all for that.Oh I just thought of an idea (actually it's from FFXI). They might make it like, for example:
You are a lvl40 *insert class here* - you can only grab and equip skills lvl20 and below (from any class)
Kinda like from FFXI with mainjob/subjob system right?
Err....Oh well, I'm just too excited to know what really is going on. D:
But I'd like to be able to equip ALL of my class's abilities then sweeten the deal with some abilities from other classes.
Maybe make your class's native abilities useable (as in infinite action points) and then have a point allowance for cross class abilities.
-----
My GLA has 26 abilities (not counting slashes and stabs) 8 of those are "II" What I'd like to see is:
All your IIs becoming the default abilities and the #1s get greyed out as you get the IIs since chances are you won't use them anymore. (This reduces your abilities to 18, 10 abilities and 8 weapon skills).
Then make it so other classes can use abilities half their level and not be able to equip the "II"s regardless of their level.
Boom, more class uniqueness, reduces the need to grind fest all your classes to 50 to efficient and promotes using skill instead of collecting abilities to beat game content. (Example: most groups require you to have Sentinel to fight Ifrit).

Class reform
Yikes

OH LOLSetting Actions and Traits
The following reforms will be made to the conditions for setting actions and traits:
Upon learning an action for your current class, that action will automatically be set to the action bar and cannot be voluntarily removed. It will be possible, however, to move the action to another slot.
Action costs will be abolished. Instead, a cap will be imposed upon the number of actions from other classes that can be set. The cap will be determined by the level of your current class.
Players will no longer be bound by level restrictions when setting actions from other classes.
For instance, a level 1 pugilist will be able to set a level 30 gladiator action. However, the effectiveness of that action will be scaled down accordingly.
All traits will be made class-exclusive.
Adjustments will be made so that certain actions will only unleash their full potential when paired with traits belonging to the same class.
In conjunction with the above changes, the Actions & Traits interface will undergo redesign in order to make action placement and repositioning more intuitive. Readying an action for use will become a two-step process: players set an action, after which they will have the opportunity to rearrange the action bar.
called it.
And...now that the info is out...time to ignore the forums while the trolls and hate spread like fleas...the biting already hurts...I need some pest control already.
