The Continued Concern of Win-Trading in The Feast

I'd like to mention that any punishment for this activity MUST AT LEAST be getting kicked off from PvP rewards for the season. At least. If there is anything less, it will set a precedent that cheaters can win trade and obtain prizes for it with a minor slap on the wrist.

I just took a look at Feast Rankings and I see that the win trader is in 3rd place now and dangerously close to taking #1 in the top 100. Seriously SE, what is going on???

I just hope all that is in preparation of a massive banhammer coming down to all and everyone cheaters at start of season 6.

We've been all but blatant in pointing out the issue and the biggest offenders already.

SE, your continued silence on the matter is not only discomforting, it sets a VERY bad precedent that this is tolerable and will continue to go unpunished. IF such is the case, I don't see many players being eager to start or participate in a 6th season. Not when they know cheaters will worm their way to the top openly and receive no punishment. I know I personally want nothing to do with ranked Feast so long as this issue, and many other long-standing ones remain unaddressed.

Community Reps, if nothing else, this is another moment of proving for you. Show us that we're heard. Show us that our concerns matter. Failure to do so is only going to widen the communication gap, and alienate the PvP playerbase even further. And many of us are already lifelining at this point.

I saw a post on Reddit last night of a Summoner who had done something to get on top of the wall barriers in the Wolves Den PVP map. So he's just standing up there casting spells and no one can reach him. Naturally, a bunch of players reported him with screenshots and all.

He saw the video clip of himself doing that and remarked that he only got a 24 hour ban. 24 hours!!

Hearing and seeing things like this really disheartens legitimate players from even trying. I saw in an interview with Yoshi-P once where someone brought up the Black Mage that has become somewhat of a "legend" for his virtually unlimited Fire IV spells. Yoshi-P said something to the effect of -- rather than punishing the player for finding the exploit, they look at WHY they are cheating and what can be done about the reasoning behind it.

I'm glad to see they're aware of the issue, but the reasoning behind cheating is deeply-rooted and there are about a million reasons why someone would do it. Exclusive rewards, bragging rights, or simply because they can. Try as you might, you can't change human behavior. Feast continues to be a severely skewed playing field when you're in a match with someone who uses every possible advantage to get ahead because they know they won't be punished, or will be punished lightly.

It's funny because that very same BLM is the one that is blatantly win trading his way to the top spots in Aether.

*That very same BLM that Yoshi-P acknowledged cheated.*

He brought those very same hacks he used in Gordias into season 3, and now he's doing the most stupidly obvious win trading (his partner just disconnects, they don't even try to make it legit).
