It isn't really. That default makeup is on faces 1 and 3. Face 2 is the same as face 1 but without the makeup, face 4 is the same as face 3 but without the makeup. There are actually only two face shapes for Elezen females.

That's another thing that bugs me. The only race that doesn't suffer from the same face syndrome is Hyur, and even then I usually see the same ones. Elezen? I rarely see the young and old face on males, so it's always the same 2 faces. Females? You said it, and it's true. It's the same for male Miqo'tes, I always see the same one face, or two sometimes. I don't really pay attention to female Miqo'te faces but they usually look the same to me. Female Roegadyns usually end up using the same one face even I used.

...We really need more customization options in 5.0 ._.
