Some adjustments to the loot system?

However what I would like to see implemented is to be able to easily see who has not rolled on an item yet. For example by selecting a loot item, it would display a popup list similar to a Ready Check.

Isn't there a chat setting that shows that? I know it shows what people actually roll once that is finished, but I'm pretty sure there is a setting that shows "Player X has rolled on Y item" without the number that they rolled.
