Unfortunately I'm afraid you won't get much help here as these forums are just for players to help other players and you need SE themselves for account related issues.

That being said, I don't know if this helps or not, but they have some forms you can fill in (they take two weeks to process though):

If I'm understanding correctly, the first is what you probably want, but I don't think that's any different to when you contacted SE already and they wanted you'd lose the licences when you do that and doing it by phone would be loads faster.
