There are so many nice housing items out there
but a lot of them are just not available anymore like some nice tree's 15Mill for one tree on the market boards is not ok

a big part is also behind some old content that no one doing it anymore so its hard to get like frosted lensen etc

make them more easily farmd or but them on a vendor and have a good gill sink

Frosted lenses can be acquired by desynthing housing vendor items, you don't need to do old content for them.

Those trees are only that price due to the player based economy. Some servers have the prices high, some low. Nothing to do with SE.

This is only partially correct. SE has everything to do with the scarcity of those items.

Personally, I find it very silly that basic things like trees are made incredibly rare and hard to get. A Ginkgo is not a shiny trophy to be shown off, it's a basic yard decoration that everyone should have access to.

If you don't want to pay for furniture, you can always craft it yourself. Otherwise, the crafters get to set their prices.
