I didn't get the mount I have have the 6 month legacy sub for $7.99 a month. But it renews on Sept 22nd. Did I not get the mount because I haven't got renewed yet?

Yes. The 90 day requirement only starts counting from July 1st, with the first batch of mounts developed if you have at least three months left after August 30th. You should get the mount next month once you renew your sub.

this is definantly incorrect. i only pay with crysta, always. i put 1500 crysta on my account every month manually. and i have the mount now. thats 30 days per month, i bought no 60 or 90 or 180 time card or subs status.

If it helps to know, i always add crysta on the first of every month, and my sub is always set to expire on the first of every month. (unless 31 month days happen like they did last month)

Sounds like you just barely made the window because August has 31 days. If you renewed then, it counts three months since the first cut off period was August 31st at 11:59pm PDT.
