Just to clear up the confusion for those of you who are unclear, the event lasts until September 30th which means the event itself is 90 days. So if you are subbing month by month (30 days at a time) you won't be eligible for the mount until the end of the event which is the second wave on October 5th. Since July and August are only 60 days total, so far, so yes you will get the mount but you won't qualify until the sub renews later this month. The ones who are getting them now are ones who before August 30th, either purchased 90, 180 or added a bunch of game time cards to the account.

This is confusing..my sub is month to month and it renews on the 7th each month. I guess I wait until October 5th to get it? I've been subbed since 2010 lol. BF having same issue..and we are subbed the same way ^^ Seeing how our sub updates on the 7th..and the event ends on the 30th..hmm will we still get the mount? Hoping a community rep will reply, we don't have to sub for 3 months at a time right? I mean, we never unsubbed..ever, since 2010 :x

Yup, technically you could renew for 90 days on the last qualifying day and you would get the mount. I wouldn't wait that long though. lol but yeah you and your bf should be fine. Just remember the event ends on the 30th of September so still time to qualify. Just people are getting their mounts now for those few that already have qualified. If your sub has been going since the beginning of July no need to worry, you'll just get it later than others.

Thank you for this, I was getting concerned as I have a 3-month sub that last renewed near the beginning of June, and what with me levelling a character on a new server I also have free days added to my account so my sub won't renew again til more the middle of september. I was panicking thinking I had become ineligible. D:

I really hope the next campaign doesn't have 2 waves of rewards...it seems really stupid, unless I'm missing something.

I think it depends on when you renew and how much you renew for. I think if you renew every 30 days and wanted the mount Sept 5 so to qualify, you need to have paid for 90 days by August 31 2017 (end of august). You make your 3-30 day payment on August 31 if you re-subbed on July 2. If you re-subbed after that, you don't get the 90 days. I think you subbed on July 1-2, you could get it.

July and August are 62 days by the way as each month is 31 days >.>

June 30 - Paid 30 days. July 30 add 30. August 29, add 30. You fall short of the 90 days on August 31.
July 1 - Paid 30 days. July 31 add 30. August 30, add 30. You have 90 days paid for from July 1-August 31.
July 2 - Paid 30 days. August 1 add 30. August 31, add 30. You have 90 days paid for from July 1- August 31.

Obviously it depends on when and how the days are ticked off.
