Falcon day today....

didnt Yoshi say something like he would never add a motorcycle mount because he thought the speed would make it feel weird or something?

well the falcon mount is basically a motorcycle and it feels great to ride

The exact issue was that a guy on the dev team made Cloud's Fenrir bike, which is supposed to be a blazing fast motorcycle that would feel too slow at the default mount speed. The Falcon is a little put-put Mario Kart bike that doesn't feel too slow because it doesn't look like it should be screaming down the highway.

look on the mogstation. (the falcon mount page on the lodestone shows what to click on) if anything related to the falcon mount is in there, youll already be able to get it.

and im pretty sure youll get it by default anyway just for being in SB early access. it showed up immediately on my mogstation page as soon as the falcon campagin was announced, and i pay by monthly just like u (i already have the mount now too)

Good to know, myself i have my sub set to auto renew (monthly i guess like you) and had Stormblood Early Access. My account page however did not show anything in regards to a Falcon Mount
I really do not know why i would not qualify, i been giving SE my money for a little over 3 years, lol

You can change your subscription to a 90 day sub any time before Sept 30th and get the mount(you'll just have to wait till Oct 5th).

Just to clarify, if you have a recurring sub every thirty days (automatically by direct debit) you don't qualify? I probably reading it wrong :/

I would be happier with the mount if it did have the music from FF6. Honestly you'd think paying for 90 days worth of game time they would put a little extra into it rather than just have the 'basic' music from pretty much every other mount. 'Searching For Friends' shouldn't be so hard to add correct? I mean our magitek armour does have Terra's theme.

So my sub auto-renews every month around the end of the month. The campaign began July 1st and says anyone that has purchased 90 days by the end of August qualifies to get the mount today. The campaign page also says this:

"If you have remaining subscription time that was purchased before the campaign period, or you have an active recurring subscription, we will calculate any remaining game time available as of Saturday, July 1, towards the campaign."

If that doesn't mean any time purchased before July 1st counts then what does it mean? If it does mean what I think it means then why don't I have that mount yet

It says "Purchase FFXIV: Stormblood and subscribe for at least 90 days play time", which to me means you need to do the 90 or 180 day subscription and have the sub payment occur during the event time (July 1st - Sept 30th) to be eligible.

In one of the examples it gives it specifically states "You can purchase a 90 day sub on Sept 30th and be eligible to receive the mount on Oct 5th".

Thank you, yeah wording does seem a little ambiguous, guess I'll find out, can always purchase a 90 day sub I suppose

I'm in the same boat. Have been auto-renewing for 2-3 years and nothing has updated on Mog station.

On another note, the fact that we have so many questions on this campaign should be a sign as to how confusing this wording has been. And I if I have to wait a month for whatever reason related to having a renewing sub, I'm gonna give SE a wag of my finger.
