According to my math, you're just a few days short of 90 days on August 31. You'll get yours October 5. Basically, since you paid for 180 days on 3/30/2017, your amount of days left on July 1 was about 87-89 days (it depends on when they tick days off etc). So you had less than 90 days counting to the campaign. Since you need to pay for additional days before Sept 30, you'll get your mount on Oct 5. July 1 is when subscriptions were started to count. Previous subs into July 1 took the remaining balance.

In my example, I had 180 days June 14. Since it starts July 1, take 16 days out. On July 1, it considers that I have 164 days paid to the campaign. On August 31, it sees that I put in 90+ days.
180 days on March 30. On July 1, that is about 93 days to take out. On July 1, you are considered to have 87 days paid to the campaign. On August 31, it sees you put in <90. When you renew the sub, you'll get the mount on Oct 5.
