I want to agree with this but at the same time SE is so averse to restrictions I feel like it's a pipe dream.

But you can get i270 weapons for like 700 Poe. You can buy i255 weapons anywhere. The quests leading into Doma hand out HQ weapons. There are so many options available, why are they so lazy?

Takes 5 min to buy a weapon for 15-20k that's better, yes it nq but then again its better than the one they have. I've seen a ilvl90 sch in lvl 53 dungeon and he said he can't get better gear when vendor sells cheap gear. His reply? He doesn't have time.... Okay m8. Nearly all 70's and doesn't have time. Some people man.
