This is been going for 4 years and it's Staple for the game now. The exciting thing bout it it's that this isn't any "extra" content, as someone in Reddit pointed out, they are getting Matsu to actually LINK both worlds together. So take it as part of the FFXIV lore. This isn't your typical 24 man raid.
