Afternoon would cover the 12 pm (aka noon, part of day) to 12 am (aka midnight, part of night).

Had a very early Orghana spawn on Siren today. ~53 hours after server reset. Kill was at 16:20 8/31.

Gamma spawn ~53.5 hrs and Bone Crawler spawn ~54.5 hrs on Lamia.

I suspect that Okina may be spawned based on a total number of shellfish kills rather than X number each of yumemi and naked yumemi.

What I now suspect is that Okina's rules are:

1. Spawn time count down complete.
2. Instance Shellfish Kill total greater than X.
3. Afternoon of a Full Moon.

While trying to spawn Okina on Laima today we'd killed well over 100 Yumemi & Naked Yumemi in the caves but got nothing. Within a couple of kills Yumemi in a FATE, it had spawned.
It could be coincidence, or it could be some FATE participation is required. To my knowledge, no one kills Daimyo Yumemi routinely on Lamia.

There's no FATE participation required. As far as I know no one is doing this FATE when we try Okina.

And remember: We already have a FATE trigger with Orghana and we usually don't get the same trigger (and fishing different fish or gathering different things doesn't count) in a S Rank Set.
