If you had actually bothered to read more than maybe just the 1st page you would have figured out that the OP was the one being rude to others whom offered them assistance. Instead, they'd rather cry foul at how much they're being mistreated by a company & are using their disability (which is a LEARNING disability) as a crutch to being a crying twat.Crying out loud some of you lot in this thread are a bunch of rude ass people. She made thread about something that for her is an issue. Stop acting like flipping silly rabbits with your replys.
All it took was to say i'm sorry you feel this way this is how you solve the problem. Instead of attacking her and making feel like crap. God some of you lot really make me feel sick.
I've noticed other threads that OP has made are all about the same thing. "WAH! I HAVE DYSLEXIA AND SE HATES ME BECAUSE OF IT!"
I LIKE the fence. I get 2 groups to laugh at then.
Today I learned that you're only disabled if it's incurable...which has to be the single most heartless thing I've heard all month. And trust me, I've heard a lot of heartless things this month, I read the chat next to the youtube Harvey coverage livestream.
I usually am all for accomondation for people with disabilities - after all building ramps and adding subtitles doesn't hurt anyone and makes others lifes much easier when they would usually have it harder then "normal" people - but this here is just a minigame, where you should be able to swallow your pride for one second and ask someone for help. OP's attitude isn't helping the case at all, where I first though there is a reasonable point, I just don't care anymore.
There was a mention of that one anti-discrimatory law. This may be applied to building layouts or the font size on important documents, but this is a game. If you have such a hard time, I understand it absolutely sucks, but living with a disability means you might have to give up on some things. That's why it's a disability. And the game does not cater to all disabilites as you're trying to make the forum believe, just recently there was a thread about a click-to-walk-system by someone who has limited hand movment. But that thread explained the problem, mentioned what they tried (like using a controller) and how it still didn't work for them, and then gave a simple solution, that could actually work in the game. Color-coding simply does not work for this puzzle. I don't have dyslexia so yes i don't know how hard this is, but you didn't mention at least having tried what people suggested (using a notepad, taking screenshots).
Even if OP gave up on this thread, I felt inclined to voice my opinion. Maybe they are actually reading more replies. Not like it'd change their mind though.
dank meme
OP makes me want to commit sudoku.
Another special snowflake flutters to the ground....
Quick question...
Just how would SE be able to include a puzzle like this, while also being inclusive to people who have dyslexia? As in, is there a way to even accomplish this, without taking it out of the game entirely?
There are ways; one way it could've been made a little easier is if each letter had a subtly different font? Just enough so that the letters are clearly distinguishable from one another. There are studies that show what fonts are better for those who are dyslexic. I don't think it's unreasonable that those with dyslexia want more support to be able to comfortably play the game... but I do think it's unreasonable that this is being called outright discrimination when at worst this is an oversight from the devs lmao
Just a troll... okay OP we got it... cheez everyone will find a way to use the word "discrimination". Please go and play tetris or something if you feel discriminated
