i feel like this was a nerf to ninja because of the big potency loss on both raiton and bhava, the stun cant be trusted because most of the time the tank allready stunned the healer making it useless...

It's almost as if that stun could be used on low hp ranged dps trying to kite you or stop it from using a pocket heal, perhaps even a tank so it does not protect its own healer. Like stuns weren't designed only for enemy healers. But that would be crazy.
