    From what I can gather, the situation on power is still a bit iffy.
    The military bases here in Japan have ceased their blackouts(preparing for evacs, but that's another story) but most towns are still experiencing them.

    I'd say give it a month, if nothing horrible happens.

    Me too. I hadn't been able to play for a a week or two before the Japan crisis due to midterms and spring break. Now, I have free time again but the servers are down...
