FFXIV is not Dyslexia friendly, can we at least get off "One exchange per lifetime"

Does the game need a buyback feature? Cuz it sounds like if the game had one, threads similar to this (as in "I bought this by mistake" and not "this is unfriendly to "insert disability here) would not show up often.
I know I'd welcome it. I play SWTOR and I can say having nearly 2 days to get a refund from a vendor for almost all different currencies used to buy an item is a godsend.

There's honestly no reason not to have a regulated refund option on token purchases, or a once every 30 days item restoration.
These features would not impact balance between classes, progression in the game or imbalance in the markets... the only reason not to have the features would be an unwillingness/inability to put it into the game.
