I think it might be less about monster PC and more about reshade, which by the way I'd totaly like to know the settings.

Even still, with reshade turning on the MXAO effect drops your framerate significantly. But its super pretty for screenshots.

It's indeed just some post-processing done, mainly filters and a bit of touching up with editing. My computer is crap, I only use those for screenshots and play very normally. :')
