Noone is born equal. Discrimination is a part of natural order. If someone with dyslexia is unable then he should seek alternative solutions or accept that they are not up to the task.

again someone who has not got a disability stopping them. Also What do you mean no one is born equal are you saying . . . because ill be honest this comment of your's can be taken in a way which makes you look very very bad. In the eyes of the law everyone is born equal and everyone needs to be treated equally and that means catering for all disabilities

And again my point is THERE WERE NO alternative solutions in this situation where as there should have been

accept they are not up to the task.

You know that this is discrimination right - Saying someone is not capable of doing something because of a disability when there is no alternative system in place. and again said by some one with no disability, and said in malice.
