The lack of Roegadyns is kind of depressing...

I liked the idea of a Roegadyn at first and created one as well, but eventually I couldn't take it anymore. Because all races must move at the same speed, Roes always run like they're doing slow motion, and Lalas always feel like they're on backburner. Elezens I didn't like their proportion, and I was bothered by how the Miqo'te ears stick out of helms and make "ear-bags". So my two main characters in 2.x ended up being a Midlander and a Highlander. Then in 3.x I got used to seeing all the Miqo'te in the game and created a new character, and now I'm just playing Miqo'te.

Honestly everybody has their reasons, but I despise those who force their personal view of the world on others and say people are creeps for playing whatever race. I say those people who care so much about what other people play are the creeps.

Aside from how they look or their emotes, Lalafellins in this game are adults, look at the NPC they act in a mature manner, the only thing that might make them look like a child is when they do the emotes.

I think they are absolutely adorable and want to spoil them rotten. I call them teddies, and absolutely love it when they allow me to make them clothes to wear and emote at me. My best friend is a teddy and I don't see him as a child at all. Now, I don't want to see them running about in their underwear but I don't want to see ANY of the races doing that. It's very jarring and ruins immersion.

In terms of lore and story, I generally think of Lalafells as adults because they act like adults. However a part of me still sees them as children since they look like children... which is why I don't want to play one or marry one.

Just like Elezen are the generic elf race but are really ugly so its even worse

Lalafells are also generic as dirt looking the same all the time.
