I notice you don't have cleric stance on your bar so that's 5% damage you're missing out on right there, since you can't use e4e on yourself that's kind of a wasted role skill in PoTD solo runs. Don't underestimate your card buffs and make sure to use them off CD, you have speed, damage and critical hit rate cards in your deck, all of which will speed up kills and bole and pomander of steel which will indirectly speed up kills by making you have to waste less GCDs on heals.
