    I'm confused. What exactly is your issue? In your OP you say you can not unlock ARR hunts, but in second you say the issue is there are no quests in Ishgard or Kugane.

    Well, I did state my mistake by saying "Right, the Bills, my bad."

    I read everywhere that there is supposed to be quests across the world, and none of them are showing up. I don't know what I'm supposed to do, I just want to get some hunts done and all that good stuff.
