Paladin too overpowered, nerf their damage output!

I did actually forget about those. BP is a 3 blood per hit and 1/12thish of a DA

BP is a flat 20 blood gain over its duration whether you get hit or not. You only gain 1 extra blood from being hit.

Why did I....nvm. Maybe I mistook it for BW blood increase. At least that means you can use it on dummies kinda...

According to the tooltip it's 1 blood immediately and 4 over time for a total of 21. However I tested it on an enemy and it also gives you 1 blood per hit. I got hit 5 times and ended up with 26 blood on one enemy and 31 blood with two enemies. Taking that into account, you get 25 blood per activation give or take. So 100 every 3 minutes, which is 2 Bloodspillers. So what I said above somehow remains the same as it is two Bloodspillers. I will correct my mistake though...
