Can't. That would instantly make trolling and wintrading 10x easier. Very bad idea. Think about all the different things that could happen. Dx

If two people on a team are only queuing with the intent to troll, they only drag down two random people. Whereas currently if one person does it, they potentially drag down three people. Or worse, they themselves get carried higher, rewarding them for their antics. Situation A does not get rewarded nearly as much because it's much harder for 2 people to carry in PvP while 3 people can still do it.
And on the flip side, if two people who know how to do their class queue together with the intent to succeed, their chances are greater because they have a means of communication better than the stupid automated message system we have now. Whereas right now, it's literally cross your fingers and pray each time with a higher risk of being hit by trolls.
Either way, whether the duo have the intent to succeed or troll, the damage is less. Is that thinking enough for you?
Trolling and carrying both count as damage. Because neither is any fair to the opponents, team members and other people in the competition. Duoing like that gives an unfair advantage that can almost guarantee wins. It can also be an unfair disadvantage that can almost guarantee losses. Better to not give a chance for that to happen. There aren't many people Feasting. Increasing the amount of people that can queue premade would not only hurt queues really bad but also increase the chance of getting the troll/carry since the only people to queue with are all in the same group.

While I certainly agree with the sentiment of wanting no trolling/carrying period, it's incredibly unlikely to ever happen as it's just human nature. It's best to minimize damage within the power given. Though yes, the point of it bringing advantages is a solid one, let's think about it this way. If duoing would give someone an advantage, wouldn't that make them want to find someone to duo with? After all, this is an MMO, we should socialize. The amount of people Feasting is also a variable because it's different throughout the day as people have real lives and can only play at certain times. What you see at a given time isn't the whole population doing Feast. One aspect keeping people from PvP is the lack of communication. Even if a duo queue itself doesn't work out for one way or another, perhaps we can at least agree that being able to communicate normally would be better overall?
