They were at least exciting, but I figured out you can shadow step the turrets and win super fast in strand. It didn't get fixed until much later when sub rogue got adjusted.I just hope its not that siege bs so many have requested, seriously who the hell like that kind of pvp where you use tanks and turrets instead your damn character? siege has not place in pvp not in this game nor any other, IoC and SotA was total bullshit in WoW and i don't want to see same in here.
Mechanists need nerfs all around.
Machinists are still pretty strong, but we've lost a LOT of things already. We have no oGCDs besides Between the Eyes, BTE has been significantly toned down from what it once was, and aside from a stun tied to the heat gauge/gauss barrel, we have no CC besides Blank which requires TP, often already used for reloads between shots for extra potency.
MCH definitely doesn't need a nerf.

/also signed to show my support for an update.
The PVP forum waiting for a response from the developers is like a toddler that has suddenly gone too quiet. You just know something's up and you're not gonna like it.
More questions: It was mentioned some time ago that additional maps for Seize, or the varying of game modes among the maps was being considered (i.e. playing Seize in The Fields of Glory or perhaps even a new map). Can you tell us more about that?
Both Heavensward and Stormblood have some rather great areas that would make for excellent battlefields. Are there any plans to utilize them for future PvP maps? And among the dev team, are there any maps you would love to see made into a PvP map?
Lastly, will there be another Live Letter soon, and if so, will it cover any coming content or changes to PvP (and for more than just 5 minutes please)?
I would like to know if theres any plans for CTF mode, it can be either 8v8 or what ever size that new FL map will use(assuming it really is just 2 sides instead 3). If SE wants examples what kind it should be then check huttball from SWTOR, that is best CTF mode i have ever played in MMO, stage hazards that can be abused for easy kills, "flag" that can be passed to teammates, random buff "boxes" etc...

Both slated for 4.1 last I heard. Been trying to find a source for this.
The new PvP mode was supposed to come with 4.05. I would guess that it's finished and ready. They're probably just waiting for the next Live Letter to show it off.
Adding to this, they also said that 3 team Frontline won't get any more rules but instead new maps will be added for existing rules including Seize.
First time hearing about this. Or maybe we're just interpreting it differently. But that would be interesting. Imagine Secure on the Seal Rock map. Would that be balanced? Idk.

Do you think it's possible to address the server tick for the game overall? I have a lot of trouble at times with attacks/spells just not going off even though the person I'm attacking is still in line of sight on my screen. It can be very frustrating. I also think it would give a lot of validity to their claims of making Feast an E-sport. It's hard to have much of an E-sport when the environment we're playing in relies on a 3 second server tick to update positions/spell checks. PvP needs that instant information, in my opinion.

YES. So much this. Particularly for benediction/lustrate, hallowed ground and cover. My team member could be at 50% health when I spam that cover button and 30 seconds later it decides to work.Do you think it's possible to address the server tick for the game overall?
