Please please please. I keep hoping I will see it any time we get a new patch. It would be prefect thing to put in the Gold saucer since we have other city state attire there.

Could this come in a Gold Saucer update with Ishgard theme clothing or it pretty much not happening with 4.X content focusing on the East? Maybe around the time Ishgard finally gets housing?
It's a shame this isn't in the game, even though the alpine coat is good. That said, I cannot think of a male counterpart, since alpine coat is unisex.

The solution to that is to make the dress unisex too, obviously. There's no other fair option.

Ugh please. I've wanted it since I first saw it, and obviously it's been converted for all races already since the A2 permits use it. It really would be perfect for Gold Saucer - they could even add the NPC outfits you see around Kugane too...plus some Ala Mhigan ones, though I don't recall any off hand.
There is no apostrophe in Au Ra.
Stop adding one three years later.

I think an additional piece for males would still be fair. It's just a matter of determining what that should be. I don't think too many male characters would even use this dress, so there should be something for them.
Doesn't the A2 permit has a male version of this on ?
People don't know how to take criticism anymore, and bad play is rewarded with with a coddling mentality. Yes, this is a casual game for the most part - that doesn't mean people need to walk on eggshells in fear of getting reported for pointing out things. This whole 'please don't say anything even slightly negative' mentality that we seem to be going towards and the devs seemingly pushing towards it is creating a disturbing trend.

I think there are two versions of each model, one with fur (like the one in the OP and the Alpine Coat) and one without (like the A2 permit vendors). The problem is, they gave the male 'fur' version out to both genders as a unisex glamour coat already. So either they never release the second dress and give guys something very similar to an item both genders already have while the girls (again) get something completely new (no-fur Alpine Coat versus this dress), or they release everything but let everyone wear every item.
The Alpine Coat should have been this dress for female characters if they wanted to be strict about gender locks. They screwed up, and now they have nothing equally good left for male characters if they give this coat to the ladies.

The no fur I feel is to make it look less Coerthan, I guess. I think menders have a color change to make it not look like they work for Cid. If they were to make the dress available, it should look like the one in the OP (with fur). So now it is either it becomes unisex, or we come up with something different altogether for males.
If only, I would not have to throw it away if they had given us the dress instead of that ugly coat
