When they do not have this:

For weekly gating items, and a once a lifetime refund on account? Yes SE should be held accountable. How come wow can have timers on gear and this one does not? The gear is not special, it will be replaced in 2 months, and the brace was outdated in 2 weeks of its release. This means there is no justification on having 1 lifetime reimbursement on the account. Also why did SE make a change to GC menu to make it more confusing? So they can make changes to make it less confusing when they did a change to make it more confusing. Again, you have no idea how long I sit there trying to read these *** names and still get it wrong? I hate it.

This is the only game I have this high degree of trouble (others it is simply not being able recall names of things well but i can recognize everything.) Here it is like they try be confusing, too much copy/paste with item names and item icons, but I guess you have to be when you are making everything outdated every 2 weeks -3 months. Same with the teleport lists, they use those crystal shapes for too much different places, and hard for me to see where to go, the memory markers is to help me recognize them but even that does not work all the time. The only thing that truly saves me is being able right click to see map off the teleport menu, otherwise I be going to the wrong places consistently.

A little off-topic because it's not specifically refunding an item from a vendor, but... Why? Who cares if you can trade it to someone else who helped kill the boss?

If it from a dungeon boss you can just pass and let the others loot it
If it is from tomes then it bypass the weekly cap.

Sometimes I've rolled on a minion that is tradeable that I didn't realise I had already. I've started double and triple checking my minions before rolling, but I still occasionally get caught out. However, for the weekly caps, maybe you could only trade it provided both parties don't go over their cap? Makes it more complex, but could still be done.

This thing doesn't work on gear bought with currency... Sometimes people roll on accident, or roll and then realize someone else in the party needs it. Being able to trade dropped loot hurts no one.

For currency-bought gear, the timer isn't for trading but for re-selling for a refund.

Why? and this does not apply to tombstones, it has a different message, that pic is just the only thing I could find to show what it looks like. All it means is, say you are in a DF, someone gets the drop, person asks "Do you really need that item? I can use it for upgrade" or whatever the case may be. Sometimes I misclicked need and hit greed for example and I panic to the party, press pass plz press pass i misclicked (so far I got all my items when that happened) It also works if you exit the DF but can get in same Cross zone/ or same server. Basically it means you can only trade with people that meet the requirements to get the drop, so this does mean if so in so got a weekly limit drop, you can't give so in so your weekly.

(also there is 1 post removed, maybe 2, but wondering why the more offensive ones are still around) I can tell because the post order are all messed up, they are in different positions, I think it is page 7+ like somewhere on page 7 or past it, a post was removed)

Nope that is not how it works, read the statement carefully:
You may trade this item with players that where also eligible to loot this item

Meaning if someone got their weekly, you can't be traded another because the person trying to receive is NOT ELIGIBLE! to receive it.

I'm glad you work around your disability, but it's possible she has it worse than you etc.

It's not catering to have a safety net in the form of a buyback a la what's already in the game. Especially when the currency is gated weekly.
