I don't think that was the idea. It's fine if people get punished for overstacking. The problem is that at the moment, damage is so high and defensive cooldowns are so low that 4 stacks as a tank is punishing and actually a pretty sure kill against a decent team. You pretty much cannot spread out medals safely without someone being easy pickings, it's extremely punishing to get a lead because of it.

It's a reason why no chat doesn't work in a competitive teamwork based game. We NEED to tell players not to pick up medals as well as telling players to pick up medals, it's frustrating having a tank get 300 medals while the healer has 13.
