QoL megathread, let's condense a few things down

Not trying to be rude but if people learned how to use the search option to find a thread that has to do with what ever it is they wanna write about and posted their thoughts in that thread we wouldn't have 10 threads to do with the same thing. Unfortunately the English General thread will never be as organized as the Japanese General thread. This Megathread is a lost courses at best.

Crafting mats pulled from retainers while crafting would be the greatest thing ever. I hope that's not an impossible qol update because I've secretly wished for that for years.

They have something like that in GW2, only difference though is that you have to craft at specific locations, whereas in XIV you can basically start crafting anywhere you stand, so unless they start restricting where one is able to craft, i really don't see bank/retainer access happening while crafting.

They do have certain things that can only be done in major settlements, that is, the opening of the attire coffers. Perhaps it could be expanded to this. You can only access your retainer mats while crafting in a large settlement (possibly a house too that has a summoning bell in it as well?)

An in-game calendar where you can schedule events for your FC, friends, and whatnot would be a GODSEND as well.

How about giving us the list of retainers again after exiting out of one retainer completely. Instead of us having to use the bell over and over again to access another, just bring the retainer list back after you are done with your current retainer.

not necessarily a QoL for playing in game, but being able to carry over HUD layouts to alts on a ps4. i believe this is possible on a pc from what i remember from my days playing via pc, but never have seen/heard this being possible on a ps4. it would just be nice and a lot easier when it comes to mirroring my main pc's HUD on alts.

I updated the list, think I got most of it, some things I excluded due to SE already making a statement about it just not happening or not possible. And other things I may have missed. I had a lot to add! So sorry if I missed something.

Transfer items/gil from one retainer to another

Mail Jumbo Cactpot winnings directly to player

Allow "quick purchase" of three random Jumbo Cactpot numbers in one purchase (instead of three individually)

Text Search, sort and filter for Minion Guide

"Search by set" for gear

Market board filter by specific stat, for both gear and food.

Market board filter for fish that are actually crafting ingredients
