There will also eventually be a moment where you have no outside buffs going at the moment while Raging Strikes is up which will also have you refreshing everything for the capture. So its more than just the opener, but you are right. It doesn't make it line up perfectly always, its just lined up better more frequently with less drops in dps to reapply. Which is still a good thing, no questions asked.

The increased buff timer on Straight Shot will probably help reduce the situations where you have Reflugent Arrow proc but have to refresh Straight Shot. Plus it is potentially 10 more seconds to use Heavy Shot and hope to get Reflugent Arrow.

Agree it helps but not by much. im not saying the changes are bad just want to clear up to people it isnt really that much quality of life change by reason of having dots and buff line up. Its simply misleading

Hmmm, no! If you have 5-7 seconds on your Barrage cooldown left, and RA is proced, what do you plan to do then if you want to do RA with Barrage?

To be honest bard is in a good place right now. Having straight shot same time as the other dots is a God send.
