    Alright, now let's hope in 4.1, they will implement Refulgent Arrow replacing Heavy Shot when it procs. Then I'll be a happy BRD.

    Hmmm, no! If you have 5-7 seconds on your Barrage cooldown left, and RA is proced, what do you plan to do then if you want to do RA with Barrage?
