BRD 4.06 changes

I dont fully agree with people suggesting that extending straight shot buff to 30sec will align all the dots as a major BRD quality of life change. This is only true in the opener and not other time if u r playing BRD at highest skill ceiling level. U still need prematurely refresh dots based on what buffs u get from the party especially chain strategem, battle litany, the spear etc.. and this cause disalignment with straight shot and dots duration. So i dont really see this as quality of life change. However i do agree this change BRD rotation to be slightly smoothier because less straight shot spam mean more room for other GCD skills and this minimize the occurrence where u have both straight shot and dots on low duration.

The increased buff timer on Straight Shot will probably help reduce the situations where you have Reflugent Arrow proc but have to refresh Straight Shot. Plus it is potentially 10 more seconds to use Heavy Shot and hope to get Reflugent Arrow.

Agree it helps but not by much. im not saying the changes are bad just want to clear up to people it isnt really that much quality of life change by reason of having dots and buff line up. Its simply misleading
