    Why do RDMs hate blizzard?

    We have verfire, verthunder, veraero and verstone. But no verwater or verblizzard. Now verwater, fair enough, even white mages can't seem to find a use for water outside of fluid aura.

    But blizzard? Pretty big part of black mage's kit. Why did we get moves like jolt and scatter when they could have been verblizzard and verfreeze?
