Broadened Difficulty Settings For All Dungeons?

I'd say have the minimum level be as it currently is, and have the loot stay exactly as is, but allow you to have higher level mobs if you want, and possibly more drops. Akin to more stars on a guildleve. The rewards don't change (not really), but the XP does.

Although really, the main reason I'd like this is so it'd still be a challenge (and good xp) in Toto-rak as a level 35, not because I want more loot, etc.
