    uhh there are a lot of good ones

    prime conditioning
    firm conviction - defense up while casting, and its pretty noticeable
    fast cast- shorter cast times
    gladiators increased shield block rate, only good for shield users, but a must for those
    marauder more enmity per action
    archer less enmity per action
    lancer fleet of foot

    and the cross class up skills increase potency/acc and lower cast times


    Id say just about all of them are very good, though they definately could use more traits per class.

    I hope they dont make them not cross classable at all though..

    Duel wield
    Double attack
    Auto refresh
    Magic Att up
    Att up
    TP gain up
    HP up
    Def up etc.

    are class defining skills. Increased block rate? really?

    Traits in ff11 made the job different and fun. A lil less hate and more blockiing just did not cut it IMO. again im hoping the new traits will be useful and not suck.

    Yes! Back before shield blocking rate was gimped in the last patch, this was an incredibly helpful trait.

    Prime Conditioning and Intimidation are requirements if you want to be a good late-game tank.

    Dual-wield and double attack would be game-breaking at this point - unless it gimped you so much you didn't want to use it anyway.

    Yes but thats clearly because you are bias.

    The traits we have are fine, we aren't goin to get dual weild as we have no Ninja, auto refresh is pointless as we already have it.

    HP up, att up, eva up etc will all be bard spells I imagine.
    Def up mag def up are called protect and shell.

    funny you say this because a lot of traits in FFXI were complete garbage, silence ressistance? really? even the attack up was like 10 attack, that is almost negligble.

    there were some good ones, like counter double attack martial arts but some classes had completely crappy and useless ones.
