You could also create a new character to see how they look, gives a few more lighting areas to see how they are in the opening CS too. Though like Naunet said it only does the 3 starter zones and not HW/SB areas.

- create an alt
- save the appearance
- test it out

An preview how the character will be with different high level gear would be good, but it will be a long time until something like that come ingame

I hope it doesn't need the use of a vial of Fantasia in order to let us in and preview changes, I would never get to use it!...

Call me crazy, but I'd like it if the Aesthetician Bell allowed us to alter everything about our character's appearance outside of race, gender, and clan(also none of the nameday/star sign stuff).

And price it like SWTOR where the more things you change, the more expensive it is. So changing a hairstyle/colour might be 2000 gil, but changing your height, face shape, or skin colour might be 4k-5k gil.

SE wouldn't allow this becaue Fantasias are the Mog Stations #1 seller. >w>

I would absolutely LOVE this, although I don't know of any other games that offer that type of a service. Sadly, don't see that one happening.

Black Desert Online does this. You can buy a 30 day appearance change coupon that allows you to change your appearance an unlimited number of times for the duration. It even costs about the same amount as a single vial of fantasia--maybe even a little less.

I'd be in heaven! I was never able to get past the character creation screen in BDO Bloody thing kept crashing on me.

You aren't missing much... character creation and graphics are kinda the only things that game offers.

I'm still waiting for them to add Aesthician only hairs (event ones, and so on) to the fantasia screen. Its ridiculous that when I'm changing from a character with Aymeric hair or so on that I can't view it on the new character.

That would also be quite nice. Why not just add the hairstyles to the preview screen with a little side-note stating that some styles may require additional purchases, or something along those lines.

So as a player who likes to fantasia from time to time, I have run into an issue wherein I've liked a certain aspect of my character in the creation screen yet while in game it's looked horrible.

You would buy less Fantasia if it would happen. So forget it and just throw your money at SE.
