    It is a little boring but not that breaking, imo. Unfortunately, if you don't Crit/Dhit a lot on your burst and on that "Ruin phase", this "reprieve" can cost you a lot in numbers. Not to mention that high latency on my part makes that "Ruin II squeeze" between abilities fail a lot for me, sadly.
