    IIRC, WoW does the same; it shows the latest expansion you have installed. It's not a bug/oversight.

    My friend has 2 accounts. One has SB the other does not and only ARR so that one ARR plays on the same PC.

    It shows the latest expansion that you have active. Nothing related to how far any character has personally progressed.
    You CAN see the old opening videos from the option on the title screen. But you cannot change the title screen and default video.
