    I continue to get the loading screen then timed out. I never even see my character listing.
    I just found out my brother is getting the exact same problem. Makes me even me more curious because I was thinking it's maybe a provider error but we both use 2 different internet providers.

    I hate to ask this but have you turned off your computer? Or even turned off your router?

    Try turning them both off and then unpluging them for 5 or 10 min and then powering it all back up and see what happens.

    Also are play wireless or are you plugged in?
