Like it or not, these are things that other MMOs figured out years ago. SE needs to figure out what they need to do to fix their game code so that they can do so as well.

Instead they are worried about the app.

The Libra Whateverapp? I'm guessing a significant portion of players simply can't access the app because it has a stupid regional lock.

Although most likely the app team is different to the server team and so on, so sometimes it isn't about wrong prioritization, but just different departments.

Then it is indeed stupid prioritization. Although perhaps the Japanese players use the app very extensively? I know mobile devices are very big in Japan, with a large portion of the consumer market using smartphones and tablets to replace PCs entirely.

You can not directly compare two different MMORPG 's unless they use the same engine.

This is correct, for me I do not like the changes to wow and here because my sissy wanted play with me in this game.. but with her getting closer to really quitting, we will most likely move to something else. I will admit she is not sure and would hate to quit but if lack of space prevents her from really playing and already made a big impact how she does things for SB.. then I doono.. how many years is 1440 days of sub time anyway? it is insane to think they might lose people that played for that long over this issue...

Also if FF14 system is so bad that they cant even increase inventory space that much now and cant give us a lot of stuff that other MMOs have..what will happen in the future? We wont get less items with each more expansion..no it will get more and more. I do question how a MMO can be really successful in the long run if they cant even give us things like inventory space/glamour log/all currency in one place and more. Its kinda frightening to get the feeling like they will soon hit their limit on what is possible in quite some places..but if you once hit the wall and start to figure out a solution at that time, it might be too late..because not everyone wants to stay for years in the hope that some of the problems are finally solved. You cant go around and hope that people will stay just because there is Final Fantasy in the name..

Dear SE: Dont give us more and more glamour stuff if you cant give us a glamour log at the same time..this just makes the problem worse.

The space issue is never going to go away, next expansion it will be the same. It is simply a antiquated system handling the storage function and cant/wont change the underlining architecture to increase the increased space needed. The amount of space which person needs should be unlimited as the more you give the more people will hoard.
I don't forsee this happening at all.

If it is so inferior, then why are you still playing it instead of having jump ship?
