Housing availability on Aether servers

When they do decide to open up Shirogane, there will be a huge mad dash for housing. The problem is that people who already have a private house cannot own another. They would have to sell existing house and then be very lucky to be able to be the first to load into the new wards once the servers comes back up. If they implement the "move" feature it maybe just for those who have FC's housing and not that way for private houses. Plots are never easy to come by. Mateus use to have a bunch of empties but that changed.

With SE's track record, it's more likely to be all or not implemented in time. There's no reason to believe that the move feature will exclude personal housing.
