The real question is what the perception thresholds are at each collectible level to raise that bonus percentage to proc DE. More testing is required, however it appears that surpassing a certain level brings the bonus percentage to impulsive appraisal 2.

Oh, I understood that to be part of your question. However, you also stated :

I was merely pointing out that no, the thresholds are not important rotation-wise. They won't change the rotation in any way, and you won't ever use IA over IA2.
